Location just next door to restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters and the Farm market at the park in front of the hotel, with local fruits, tea, juice, music and artes and the airport, Old Town, the Convention Center and the bus/train Depot. Courteous and pleasant staff and quick to respond.

I liked the fact that they provided a good continental breakfast and they even had cookies in the lobby and hot chocolate and juices available anytime in the kitchen

The location was very convenient for the Albuquerque Convention center. The breakfast was great.
It is a bit dated and looks a bit worse for wear but those are just aesthetic features.

The hotel provides a shuttle service which was very convenient, as well as the complimentary internet and breakfast. The price was just right.
While the room had a new comfortable bed and flat screen TV and an updated sink, the furniture was old and a desk was missing in our room. The hotel should invest in updating their furniture.

Free wi-fi in the lobby and I could still get it poolside, downtown location on main drag, walkable to many restaurants, great pool, unhurried and relaxed nice people...felt like my kids and I could come and go easily

Close to restaurant and view of the mountains.
Requesting a pool view and not getting it, then finding out it was available and should have been able to get it but we had already checked in and unpacked when we told by the staff it was available. We gave our confirmation with the request to them and was told they would have the manager contact us... That never happened. Homeless sleeping in the park across the street and kids driving the strip.

Everyone from the staff was courteous. the service was absolutely top-notch. - Parking was available on site. - the location in a good area was great and unbeatable. - There were the Farmer's market and a market nearby. - We dined at a nice nearby restaurant with local dishes. I hope this is helpful! Let me know if you need further assistance.

I loved the tempurpedic bed and the directv. I also liked the relative quietness around the hotel.
I sort of wish that there was more of an indication that rooms had doors which led to the outside - sort of like a motel. No wireless, but desk had short ethernet cables.

My room was clean, spacious, well equipped (bathtub, washbasin, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, coffeemaker) and comfortable. The door and the window opens on a corridor like in motels (but this building has 6 floors). Location is very good: business district - 4 blocks, Old Town - 1 mile (15-20 min walk), Zoo on the banks of Rio Grande - 10-minute walk. Continental breakfast: pastries, you-make-it pancakes, cereals, yogurt, canned mixed fruits, toast, butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, juices, coffee/tee. Chocolate chip cookies are offered during the day. Swimming pool is hardly used. Fenced parking lot. Personnel was very helpful. The free shuttle ride to the airport is less than 15 minutes (outside of rush hours). Shuttle is offered to/from the Old Town. This is not a luxury hotel but at $66/night it was much better concerning value for money than those close to the airport in one of which I stayed a week earlier.

The room was very comfy with a large bed, and the location was ideal as it was close to the Farmer's market and a local market, both in walking distance.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us by giving us a 2:00pm check out time, instead of the usual 11:00am. The hotel was located downtown, which made it a great place to explore the city. The hotel also ran a free shuttle that picked us up from the train depot, as well as retured us there, and it also took us to Old Town. A very friendly and nice staff.
The outside of our room upon exiting the elevator seemed a little shabby, and the wooden former housing of the television console was somewhat tacky. But these were very minor complaints.
